Born from a partnership between the events maestros at Fatfirkins and the connoisseurs at Jakobini Wine Bar, Shuck Fizz is a mobile ode to life's finest pairings. Our founder is a veteran with an oyster knife, having honed his shucking skills on the cornish coastline, and now we bring that passion directly to you from our charmingly converted horse box. We’re serving incredibly fresh, expertly shucked oysters alongside perfectly chilled Champagne and crisp white wines. Staying true to the timeless partnership of the sea and the brewery, we also pour rich, velvety stouts on draught—the ultimate complement to our shellfish.
